Singho®   is recognized as a qualified and proven producer and supplier of castings and finished machined parts to a wide range of industries. The materials of the parts include grey iron, ductile iron, carbon steel and stainless steel etc. We use sand casting and investment casting process to cast raw parts then we finish the machining by CNCs or NC Machines to achieve reliable and precise finished parts.

 

Our present parts are used in the following fields: Oil Drilling Machinery, Centrifugal Pump, Valve and Filters etc. We are proud to account some of the worlds leading companies as our customers and partners. We have the equipments such as Milling Lathes, Vertical Lathes, Center Lathes, Radial Drilling Machines, Vertical CNC, Horizontal CNC, NC Machines etc. We still have CMM Machine to control tolerances.

 

We are certified by ISO9001:2000. In order to meet an ever-growing needs and expectation our QC System will be improved continully. Based on our advanced equipments, more than 10 years experience and QC system, we have powerful ability to develop new items according to our customer's drawings or samples.
